JHT300春卷皮机可制作厚度为0.3-0.8毫米的圆形或方形春卷皮、咖喱角皮、蛋皮与法国薄饼,并可制作其它片状食品,适合于食品厂、饭店、快餐店等
The machine can product round and square flake food between 0.3-0.8mm, such as spring roll peels, curry peels, egg sheet and France pancakes. It is suitable for food factory, restaurant, fast food restaurant etc.
原理及流程Principle and process:
●原理:按照面浆制作工艺要求将面浆制好,面浆经过圆型烤轮加热烘烤后,成为固定厚度的春卷皮或者其它片状食品。
Principle: Complete the batter according to the batter processing technology, after heated and baked to be fixed spring roll peels and other flake foods.
●流程:将制好的 面浆放入浆桶内,当烤轮加热至160℃后;开动浆泵将面浆送至喷嘴处,操作离合器操作杆,使面浆粘附在烤轮的圆弧表面,随烤轮旋转过270-300度角时,面浆熟化,自动与烤轮分离,形成固定厚度的春卷皮,经过切断机切成方块后,即可折叠出售,或立即卷包春卷。
Process: Put the batter into the basket, after heated 160℃, the batter will be conveyed to the nozzle. When the batter is ready, it’ll separate from the oven wheel, then to be the fixed thickness spring roll peels. After being cut by cutter, you can sell or roll up spring rolls.
