XD21玻璃异形磨边机适用于加工回转直径700～2100毫米或150×700毫米异行平板玻璃周边斜边、圆边、鸭咀边等。采用体积小容易操作的真空发生器代替真空泵将玻璃吸盘上。
配有机械无级调速电机驱动转盘旋转或单独驱动盘上的一个独立吸盘旋转。转盘的旋转速度可在工作时任意永调，变速平稳。
本机也可以用气缸对简单形状的异形玻璃进行半自动磨削。加工不同尺寸玻璃时麻头升降可调，可以迅速改变磨轮位置和更挽磨轮。磨削周边时可分别安装三个磨轮进行粗磨、精磨和抛光。磨削斜边时，安装碗形砂轮，将磨头向后倾斜调节斜面度，用磨轮周边对玻璃进行磨削。
