Bayblend® PC+ABS and PC+ASA blends are made from Polycarbonates (PC) and Polyacrylonitrile copolymers, acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA).

These opaque materials exhibit an interesting set of properties combining the attributes of polycarbonate: heat and impact resistance, and those from ABS: an easy processing. This synergy between PC and ABS makes this material ideal for impact resistant thin constructions, even at low temperatures, like for e.g. E&E housings.
