直线通过式抛光机：

1.本生产线将零件去毛刺加工、清洗、防锈上油、烘干一次性完成。

2.生产线的构成：投料输送送机、直线型振动机、混合液自动调配系统、磨料产品分选机、清洗及防锈上油装置、缓冲机、磨料返回输送机、中央控制柜、上水及排水系统、网带式烘干机十大部分组成，全部作业由可变程序控制器（PLC)完成。

3.主电机采用变频电机，由变频器调速。

4.最为先进的振动系统，可调性振幅以达到最佳工作状态。

5.采用混合液自动调配系统，供给设备工作时所需的混合液。

6.电磁阀排除污水。

7.上水，混合液供给，排污水，清洗均实现自动化。

8.本生产线2-3人操作，适合于24小时作业。

9.所有控制线缆通过电缆桥架进入中央控制柜。
