1、在液料贮存前应严格清洗并消毒。

2、液料存入罐内后，应间断打开搅拌器搅拌，否则会形成部份液料沉淀，影响产品的质量。

3、料放出罐后，凡与物料接触的工作表面及管道。旋塞等均匀要彻底清洗，死角不得积有污垢，罐体外应经常擦洗，保持花型光亮美观。

4、罐体表面及胆内切勿用盐水冲洗，以免腐蚀设备。

5、减速器及电机，轴承应定期加油和更换润滑油。
