本公司生产的DZL系列快装链条炉排燃煤锅炉,具备成熟的三回程火管结构,炉水自然循环;并经过设计优化,采用二次风,使用轻型链条炉排和加厚炉排片,分段独立送风。本锅炉具有如下特点:
1. 采用螺纹烟管替代光管,提高了烟气换热效果。
2. 独特的二次风设计,消除燃烧区域死角,使燃烧更加充分,从而节约燃料,消烟降尘好,热效率高。
3. 合理配风和炉排无极变速调节,炉排可以在设定范围内的任何速度运行,从而可灵活调节燃烧工况。
4.加厚炉排片,强度更高,寿命长,检修周期长。
5.全焊接管板,无松弛性渗漏。
6.大直径水冷壁,水循环好,水质要求低。
7.轻型炉墙,重量轻,美观大方。
8.机械化运行,劳动强度低,省工省力。
9 .配备不锈钢给水泵,使用寿命长,故障率低。

The“DZL” series travelling grate stoker coal fired steam/hot water boiler ,is adopted 3-pass horizontal water-fire tube packagedstructure.it’s natural circulation boiler, uses secondary air ,segmental and dependent air supply ,light travelling grate and thicker fire grate segment。It’ advantages as follow:.
1、 Uses the thread smoke tube instead of plain tube, the heat transfer effect
2、 Thedistinctivesecondary air design eliminates the dead angle of combustion area, and makes combustion more plenitudinous
3、 rationalair distribution and infinitely variablespeedtransmission, travelling grate can work at discretional speed in setting range,
4、 Thicken fire grate segment is high-intencitive and long maintenance intervals and it’s usefullifeis more longer,
5、 All-welded tube plate no relaxations and leakage.
