机床特点：                                   
●主结构体经有限元分析，所有大件采用优质灰铸铁树脂砂铸件（HT350），达到的结构刚性与稳定性；
●铸件经二次时效，保证加工精度的稳定。
●三轴丝杆均经预拉伸处理，于高速运转时，防止热变形，确保精度。
●X、Y、Z三轴皆采用线性滑轨，具有高刚性，低噪音，低摩擦特性，可做快速位移及获得循圆精度。
●Y轴大跨距，配合鞍座封闭箱形铸件设计，有的动态精度。  
●超宽导轨，底座箱形设计，符合力流原理，有的刚性。
●合理的配重导向设计，避免配重块晃动，快速移动或啄钻提升精度。
●Y轴大行程，涵盖大部分模型及零件加工的要求。  
●主轴电机与驱动电机加大一个规格切削力量大。
●空调系统冷却能力保证气温高季节机床合适温度，延长机床寿命。
●前拉门和两侧门玻璃均为10mm厚夹胶钢化玻璃，提高安全性。
