燃油滤清器作用　　其作用是滤除发动机燃油气系统中的有害颗粒和水份，以保护油泵油嘴、缸套、活塞环等，减少磨损，避免堵塞。
把含在燃油中的氧化铁、粉尘等固体杂物除去，防止燃油系统堵塞（特别是喷油嘴）。减少机械磨损，确保发动机稳定运行，提高可靠性。

一般汽油中都存在各种杂质，油箱长时间使用也会沉淀一定的污垢，以上原因都会影响汽油质量。汽油滤清器的作用是过滤上述杂质，油箱内的汽油经过汽油滤清器的过滤到达发动机的燃烧室，其清洁纯度可以得到有效保障。
