Machine Introduction
JTBM(L) PVC Packing Film Blow Molding Machine is a newly developed technology through long term of continuous improvement, trial making and experiment to the equipment and the molding technology. By adopting varieties of formula and technology, this blow molding machine can be used to produce packing film, fresh keeping film, protecting film, transparent film, binding film and etc.
Technical Features
1. It is a purpose specialized extruder by designing and optimization. Powder material will be directly used to process PVC packing products. So yield is high, quality is good, and transparency is fine.
2. The designed and optimized PVC molding head is adopting alloy material and precision technology, thus enabling even material discharge and raising quality of the moulding.
3. The designed and optimized PVC molding auxiliary unit is adopting frequency-varying and speed control, making film rolls more tidy.
4. The company owns rich experience for research on PVC packing film molding machines and enjoys mature technique and perfect formula.
