Intelligent automatic rolling system

The machine adopts intelligent advanced leak-proof ＆anti-corrosion technology, equipped with stability and security devices. It gathers advantages of excellent thermal efficiency ＆ stable high ironing speed, also the excellent ironing performance, intelligent stable heating system could adjust the steam supply and any speed as the thickness of the fabric, ensuring the high ironing quality whatever in a low and high ironing speed.

High quality stainless steel roller

There are Φ500mm, Φ800mm diameter, single, double, and triple roller and other various standards for your choice. The machine adopts high quality stainless steel roller with high decay-resistance and safety, which ensures the high performance and the long service life.

Unique heating ＆ ironing type

There are several different heating types for your choice such as the electric heating, the steam heating and the gas heating, etc. We could offer the custom-made heating absorption ＆ ironing type, as your demands. Electric heating type adopts the durable and high efficient quartz infrared heating pipes; steam heating type adopts the durable and energy-saving copper heating pipes; both of them have uniform heating performance with long service life.

Usage:

This series of ironing machines are mainly suitable for ironing textile about cotton, (sheets, quilts, table clothes, blandest), fabric, chemical fibre, etc, good ironing effect, lower noise and full automatic operation, suitable for laundry shop, guesthouse, hotel, hospital, army, academy, etc.

熨烫速度可根据织物百度屯加热温度状态任意调节。

差动式送料系统，配以专业生产厂家的熨烫锭带，变形小，寿命长，大大地提高熨平效果。
