SKD-11
SKD11为日本工具钢牌号,日立和大同钢厂都有生产,日立产SKD11商品名为SLD(最新改良版称作SLD-MAGIC),大同钢厂商品名为DC11。两者在大陆均有设厂,在业界最为知名,价格也最高。该钢是一种在国际广泛应用的空冷硬化冷作模具钢。经电炉冶炼并经电渣重溶,高纯净度,韧性更好,组织均匀,具有良好的高温强度、韧性与抗高温疲劳性能,能承受温度骤变,
SKD11是高耐磨韧性通用冷作模具钢、高碳高铬合金工具钢和真空脱气精炼钢,钢质纯净,具有淬透性好、淬火变形量小的良好淬硬性。该钢经球化退火软化处理,可加工性良好,碳化物颗粒细小均匀,无须担心淬火开裂强化元素钼、钒的持殊加入。高硬度、高耐磨共晶碳化物均匀,韧性好,不易开裂,淬火后硬度>62HRC。在525℃氮化处理,时间为20h/30h/60h,氨化层深度0.25mm/0. 30mm/0. 35mm,零件表面硬度1250HV;在570℃氮化处理时间为2h.氮化层深度10~20μm,零件表面硬度950HV

工件表层硬度约为950HV。通常软氮化处理2小时,硬化层深度可达到10-20um. 磨削加工模坯或工作在低温回火状态,磨削容易产生磨削开裂。为防止裂纹发生应采取小的磨削进给量多次磨削,同时辅加良好的水冷条件。
线切割加工形状复杂或尺寸较大的模具,最终成行采用线切割加工时,通常会遇到开裂现象发生。
为防止开裂,建议采用气淬及高温回火处理,以降低热处理应力,或对模胚进行腔预加工处理。
热处理
淬火:先预热700~750℃,再加热至1000~1050℃在静止空气中冷却,如钢具厚度在6寸以上者加热至980~1030℃在油中淬硬更佳。
回火:加热至150~200℃,在此温度中停留,然后在静止空气中冷却。
硬度:HRC 61以上。
退火:加热至800~850℃,在此温度停留1~3小时,在炉中任其渐冷。
锻制:1050~950℃。
淬火、回火规范
淬火温度1010°C,空冷.回火温度200℃,硬度58~60HRC。
用途
SKD11在铝、锌压铸用模具材料方面,应用最为广泛,此钢含有钨成分之耐高温高级合金钢,适用于热作,铝、镁、锌、铜合金压铸模,切槽刀,剪刀及热锻动作,塑胶型模,热作铰刀,轧刀,一般热作锻模,热螺栓模,热间各种工具等。
使用方法
- “淬火+回火”状态下使用
- “淬火+冷处理+回火”状态下使用(适于高精度与尺寸稳定要求)
- “淬火+回火+氮化处理”状态下使用(适于表面高硬度要求)
- 锯切下料时锯条速度不宜太快,以25m/min为宜,锯切效率保持在9cm2/min ~20cm2/min左右。
典型应用举例
- 用于制作塑料模、剪刀、圆锯刀、五金冲压模具、成形轧辊
- 制作冷作或热作修整模、滚筒边、丝纹、线模、变压器芯冲模、切割钢皮轧刀、钢管成形滚筒、特殊成形筒、钉打头模等。
- 厚度≤6mm薄钢板的高效落料模、冲裁模、压印模
- 各种剪刀、镶嵌零件、搓丝模。
- 耐滑块冷镦模具、深拉成形模具、冷挤压模具。
- 热固性树脂型摸,一般塑料模具。
