With the capacitor in a vertical position happily the load specified axially to each lead .The capacitor shall be rotated slowly from the vertical to the horizontal position, back to the vertical position. The 90°in the opposite direction and back the original position. Performance of capacitor shall not have changed and leads shall be undated 给在竖直位置的电容器的每一端子以轴方向施加规定荷重,慢慢将电容器由竖直位置转至水平位置.然后向相反方向弯曲90°,再回到原来位置电容性能不能有变化及端子不能有损伤. | When the capacitance is Measured, there shall be No intermittent contacts, or open-or short –circuiting. 测定静电容量时,不能有接 解不良,开路或短路.
