ZHK颗粒酱灌装机 

ZHK颗粒浆状灌装机是本公司采用先进灌装机技术的基础上，进行改造和创新设计的产品，其结构简单、精确度高、操作更加简便。  

适用于医药、日化、食品、农药及特殊行业，是理想的颗粒浆状粘度流体充填设备。 

该机为半自动活塞式灌装机，可灌装颗粒浆状流体物料。 

该机设计合理，机型小巧，立式结构，节省场地。 

操作方便，气动部分均采用德国FESTO和台湾AirTac的气动元件。 

物料接触部分均采用316L不锈钢材料制成，符合GMP要求。 

灌装阀由气动阀控制，灌装精度更高。 

灌装量和灌装速度均可任意调节。 

灌装闷头采用防拉丝及升降灌装装置。

ZHK Granule Paste Filling Machine

The model ZHK is a vertical bag-making, filling and sealing machine, widely used for packing granules and powdery non-adhesive materials, such as gourmet power, coffee, powdery detergent and instant drinks. 

With the stepping motor subpision technology adopted for the bag- making system, the accuracy of the system, with errors less than 1mm, is high. 

This machine is the Semi-automatic Piston Type Ointment Filling Machine, can fill granule viscous fluid material.

This machine is reasonable in design, small in model, vertical structure, saving the place. 

Easy to operate, the pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of Germany FESTO and Taiwan AirTac. 

Filling valve is controlled by the electromagnetic valve, filling accuracy is higher. 

Filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted at will

Filling head adopts anti-pull and lifting filling device.
