LDDZ2-05电磁通电制动器为干式单片通电型，LDDZ2-05配套Y系列电机71机座号配套，LDDZ2-05具有结构简单，制动延迟时间短，制动力矩大。可水平安装也可垂直安装，不受安装角度影响，消除电机轴向窜动对制动器气隙要求较高的影响。

       电磁制动器主要与Y、Y2系列电机配套派生成新型通电制动电机。适于机械传动系统中需要制动或定位的场合。如精密机械、印刷机械包装机械、试验设备及办公机械等传动系统中的制动及定位。

       单片通电电磁制动器由励磁部分（磁轭、励磁线圈、摩擦片）和联接组合件部分（衔铁、联接）、复位弹簧、花键套、内、外挡块组成。通电后磁路产生磁通，磁轭吸合衔铁带动联接在花键套上移动，使衔铁与摩擦片接触产生摩擦力，形成制动力矩，达到快速制动目的；断电磁通消失，衔铁在复位弹簧的作用下复位，解除制动状态。

Monolithic power electromagnetic brake by excitation part (magnet yoke,excitation coil, the friction plate) and a connection assembly part (armature,connection), a reset spring, a spline sleeve, inner, outer block. Powermagnetic flux, magnetic yoke can attract the armature drives the connectingmobile on the spline sleeve, the armature and the friction contact frictionbraking torque, forming, to achieve rapid brake; power flux disappear,armature under the action of the reset spring reset, remove the brake state.
