注意事项NOTES

1、该染料在不同溶剂中的溶解度不同，溶解时受温度、树脂的性能、溶剂的纯度等影响。使用前请根据各自的工艺要求，先进行实验以了解其在此溶剂中的溶解性能。

2、该染料溶解后，长期放置会有微量物质析出，因此取用时应用300-400目滤网过滤一下，防止析出的物质进入下一道工序。

3、溶解时，将溶剂计量加入溶解容器中，然后将染料分批加入，加毕后不断搅拌几分钟，静待1-2小时，再搅拌一下，静止沉淀。若有未溶尽染料，可再加入适量溶剂，提取可用染料倒掉剩下无用的杂质。

4、在使用时，要注意选择最佳的溶剂和溶解方法，否则造成色精可沉淀物多、染料含量低、染色深浅不一等不良后果
