塑料热熔焊接机产品介绍：
1、针对材质：PE、PP，尼龙、ABS等热可塑塑胶
2、针对产品：车灯、水箱、电熨斗、洗衣机平衡环、汽车马桶、花洒等较大型塑胶工件。
3、原理：通过金属热板直接与焊接物加工，达到溶点，热板退出，对两接合面施压，最终达到熔接结果。
4、特点：1).加固机架，美观实用；
2).PLC程式电路控制系统;
3).模具特殊设计，特殊表面处理，不易粘胶；
4).解决普通超音波无法解决的焊接难题；
5).熔接可依客户需求同时进行一或二个工件熔接以提升产能；
6).熔接后可达水密气密高要求。
塑料热熔焊接机原理：
将欲熔合的塑胶组件，以一块比塑件材料熔点较高的金属板，在欲熔接合物的接面加热，使塑件接面熔融。当塑件接面熔融后，移开热金属板，在上下二个塑件加压，使接面熔合。
塑料热熔焊接机特点：
本机具有结构简单，操作方便，生产效率较高等特点。熔接后可达到水密、气密的要求，适用于各种形状、大小和材质的热塑性塑料件熔接。是一种用途广泛、经济实用、生产效率较高的熔接工艺。
用户可根据各类塑料件的工艺特点、生产效率、自动化程度的不同要求，选用一机多模的熔接工艺，在一次熔接工艺过程中，可同时完成几件塑件的熔接，也可选用自动化程度较高的多工作台热板熔接机，进行多工位熔接。亦可采用多熔接面的专用多头热板熔接机，达到一次熔接完成全部工艺要求。
