GT系列液压升降 呼吸式滚揉机
1.具有连续真空功能,可以选择真空滚揉(固定真空度)和呼吸滚揉(真空常压交替变化)两种工况;配备真空表实时显示滚揉桶的真空度。采用呼吸滚揉功能可以有效缩短滚揉时间、提高滚揉效率。真空表方便随时掌握真空状况。
2.采用变频无级调速。速度范围2-12rpm(可以选择1-4rpm低速功能)。

二、选配功能件。
1.上料机构
可以选配和机器一体化的上料机构进行装料,适应禽类、水产类产品和大块肉等不适应真空吸料的物料。
2.吸料车
容量500L,可移动,通过真空管和滚揉桶连接。可以加快吸料效率,特别对较大肉块或含水很低的肉馅非常有效。
