SURPA-8102 adopts resistance loop technology,it’s a timely and continuous monitor for measuring dual wrist strap,anti-static table mat and anti-static floor mat and equipment.This item provides 100% monitoring to operators.
功能特性：Function:
l 8102仪器必须使用防静电双回路手腕带。同时监测两条双回路手腕带。
l 8102 must use anti-static dual wrist strap and monitor two dual wrist strap simultaneously.
l 8102仪器具有延时报警功能和LED灯的视觉报警功能。
l With functions of postponing alarm and LED lights give visual alarm.
l 可同时监测操作员所配带的双回路手腕的实时工作状态及工作台面的ESD接地状态。
l Monitor the real work status of dual wrist strap worm by the operator at the same time and the ESD grounding status of work bench.
l 该系统出厂时，对防静电手腕带的上限标准为R<6.5兆欧姆；接地的上限标准为R<6.8兆欧姆。
l The ex-works of upper limit of anti-static wrist strap is R<6.5 Megohms,upper limit of grounding is R<6.8 Megohms.
l 分别对操作人员的“高阻”，“等待”状态进行声音和视觉报警。

操作流程：Installation and Test Procedures
- 将8102放置于工作台上，找一个操作员方便操作的位置将其安装。
1.Mount 8102 in a convenient place on the workbench.
- 将电源适配器插入8102并插入接地插座，所有的LED变成红色，吱吱声响起。电源插座的接地是这个系统的重要部分，应该连接到ESD接地点。
2.Plug power adaptor into the 8102 and into a grounded outlet.Both LED should turn red and the buzzer will sound.The ground in the outlet is an important part of the system and should also connect to the ESD grounding point.
- 将工作台线插入仪器的背部，并将此连接到工作台垫。工作台LED灯将变绿。
3. Plug the bench cable into the back of the unit and connect it to the bench mat.The bench LED should turn green.
- 将操作员所带的双回路手腕带插入到8102的手腕带插孔。当你插好手腕带时,手腕带LED灯变绿。如果没有，应检查手腕带与操作员之间接触是否良好。
4. Plug the dual wrist strap worn by the operator into the wrist strap jack of the unit.The wrist strap LED should turn green when you put the wrist strap on.If doesn’t,check if the wrist strap and operator has good contact.
SURPA-8102监测仪用于对双回路手腕带与操作员之间的监控。下列任何变化都不会影响设备的工作。SURPA-8102 monitors dual wrist strap and operator,which is not affected by such variables as:
● 拉伸或挤压手腕带导致的手腕带插头电容增加。
● Adding capacitance to a wrist strap cord by stretching and or bunching
l 没有对双回路手腕带进行定期检测。
l Eliminating periodic ground and wrist strap inspections
