产品粒度按国际标准以及各国标准生产，可按用户要求粒度进行加工。通用粒度号为 F4~F320，其化学成份视粒度大小而不同。突出的特点是晶体尺寸小耐冲击，因用自磨机 加工破碎，颗粒多为球状颗粒，表面干洁，易于结合剂结合。

棕刚玉称作工业的牙齿：主要用在耐火材料，砂轮，喷砂 。

1.喷砂棕刚玉——喷砂磨料硬度适中，堆积密度高，无游离二氧化硅，比重大，韧性好，奥凯棕刚玉是理想的“环保”型喷砂材料，广泛应用于铝型材，铜型材玻璃，水洗牛仔服精密模具等领域；

棕刚玉以优质铝矾土为原料，无烟煤，铁霄，通过采用在电弧冶炼。炉2200℃以上高温中提纯、除杂、结晶、分选、破碎、磁选、筛分等加工手段制成各种颗粒尺寸的产品。其质地致密、硬度高，粒形成球状，适用于制造陶 瓷、树脂高固结磨具以及研磨、抛光、喷砂、精密铸造等，还可用于制造高级耐火材料 。
