机械性能:马氏体不锈钢含铬13%,由于铁素体晶粒在焊接过程中粗化和硬化,而使其可焊性很差。以往,这类不锈钢的用途严格限制于非焊接零件的安装。经过冶炼工艺的不断改进,降低了马氏体不锈钢中的碳、氮、硫含量,又增加了一定量的镍(最高含量达6.5%)和钼(最高含量2.5%),从而开发出了马氏体不锈钢。这种材料在加工制造过程中又采取了特殊的工艺措施,使得新的马氏体不锈钢的焊接性能大大超过了传统的马氏体不锈钢。
