德尔福-选择性电镀设备的简单介绍 

~小轮喷镀

小轮镀由喷镀柜，轮托，铂金钛金极喷嘴，模具，屏蔽带

等组成，对于带料或带料零件单面电镀，单条线镀，多条线镀

十分适合，多用于选择性镀金，镀银。

Small wheel plating consists of cabinet, wheel tray, platinum tita-nium

anode nozzle, mould, mask belt etc, which is very suitable to belt

material or single-side contactor plating on belt material, single or

multiple thread plating, very common used for selective gold or silver

plating.

带料垂直通过，从表面粘有良好弹性及耐腐蚀性的硅胶

面的两条同步带中间穿过，将带料双面不需要电镀的部位

屏蔽起来，然后对露出的需要的部位进行喷镀。这种选择性

电镀主要适合双面单条状或多条状选择性电镀。

Two-sided synchronized turn of galvanization

Belt material passes vertically between two synchronized belts,

whose surface is covered by elastic and abrasion-resistant silicon,

blocking certain part on the both sides and plating the exposed part.

This kind of selective plating is suitable for dual-side single-strip or

multiple-strips plating.

也叫擦镀，电镀药水通过钛刷镀头带电溢出，通过刷镀布

的遮蔽，将带料与刷镀头接触的部位镀上需要的镀层。

Brush Plating

Also named brush plating. Electroplating liquid flows from titanium

brush with electricity, forming a plated layer on the contacted area

with a mask in-between.

其原理与小轮喷镀相似，主要用于选择镀带料较厚的产

品，可以防止带料变形。

Big wheel plating consists

Its theory is similar to small wheel plating and it is more used for thick

belt material in order to prevent belt di-stortion .
