该机为履带式传送结构，清洗效果好、速度快、清洗洁净度高、降低劳动强度、减少中间环节 ，能在生产线上一次性完成从零件的退磁、清洗、脱水喷淋、吹干全过程。
适用范围：
各类轴承的内外圈、保持架等。
工艺流程：
上料→退磁→粗喷→超声清洗→精喷→吹干→脱水喷淋→吹干→下料
