Solarstorm 售后服务条款
此质保条款适用于Solarstorm品牌的电筒及配件产品。凡通过正规渠道或授权商家购买的Solarstorm品牌产品，均享受本公司提供的相关售后服务。
产品售后服务范围
包括：正常使用条件下，服务期内，手电及其配件的质量问题。
不包括：外观，正常的损耗，由于不当使用、滥用或疏忽造成的损坏，电池造成的损坏，或者使用其他品牌零部件或配件或未经授权改变产品原始形态而造成的损坏。
产品售后服务明细
1. 包换期 Solarstorm电筒产品自售出之日起14日内，在正常使用情况下，出现产品质量问题，客户可选择更换新品或修理服务，要求更换时，所换产品应为返修产品同型号同规格的新品；如同型号同规格的产品停止生产时，则调换不低于原产品性能的同品牌产品。
2. 免费保修期 Solarstorm电筒产品自售出之日起1年内，用户在正常使用情况下，出现产品质量问题，则享受免费维修服务。
3. 终身保修期 Solarstorm手电产品自售出之日起，在超过1年免费保修时间外，我公司将提供有偿保修，费用以实际更换材料费用为准，不另收取人工费用。
产品售后服务方法
消费者凭有效的Solarstorm保修卡+购买凭证，可直接联系我公司售后服务部门，或与当地经销商联系，由经销商对消费者提供服务，我公司将对经销商提供服务支持，产品维修所产生的邮费由寄出方承担。
此外，人为原因造成的返修，购买者凭产品保修卡，我们可为您提供适当的维修服务，只收取实际更换材料的费用，不另收取人工费用，维修的所有邮费由客户承担。
免责声明
本服务条款以国家法律权限为最高准则，如有其他有关Solarstorm售后服务之细则、条款，则以本服务条款为最高准则。我们对任何由于或部分由于暴力行为、疏忽、不当使用、随意更改产品造成的故障，身体伤害，财产损失免责。我公司不对任何有关于产品购买、使用或性能的随机附带事件或突发偶然事故负责。
