凡经本店售出的所有Blackshadow 品牌电筒及其配件，均享受深圳市黑影科技有限公司的原厂售后服务支持，我店力求为您提供最好最贴心的服务，让您没有后顾之忧。
商品发货包装：产品整套包装（含使配件、使用说明和保修卡）+发货清单+退换货服务卡
售后服务范围
包括：正常使用条件下，服务期内，商品及其配件的质量问题。
不包括：外观，正常的损耗，由于不当使用、滥用或疏忽造成的损坏，电池造成的损坏，或者使用其他品牌零部件或配件或未经授权改变商品原始形态而造成的损坏。
服务明细
本店商品自购买者收货之日（以签收日期为准）起，正常使用情况下：
7天内
如发现任何商品质量问题或发货错误，我店支持退换货，因此发生的全部邮寄费用由本店承担。
如只是对商品不满意，我店也支持7天无理由换货，因此产生的寄回费用由购买者承担。对于影响2次销售的商品，不支持此项服务。
14天内
如商品出现任何质量问题，购买者可选择更换新品或免费修理服务。要求更换时，所换产品应为返修产品同型号同规格的新品；如同型号同规格的产品停止生产时，则调换不低于原产品性能的同品牌产品。因此产生的寄回费用由购买者承担。
一年内
如果商品出现任何质量问题，则享受免费维修服务，因此产生的寄回邮寄费用由购买者承担。
超过一年保修期
如果商品出现任何质量问题，我店提供有偿保修服务，费用以实际更换材料费用为准，不另收取人工费用，因此产生的全部邮寄费用由购买者承担。
人为原因造成的返修
如果商品因人为原因造成损害或使用障碍，我店可提供有偿返修服务，只收取实际更换材料的费用，不另收取人工费用，因此产生的全部邮寄费用由购买者承担。
