Ti-Pure® R-902+

干燥钛白粉等级的包装密度会直接影响包装堆叠的稳定性。杜邦建议遵循如下原则来安全地堆叠钛白粉颜料托盘，以尽可能降低堆叠跌落的风险：

• 对于包装在半公吨或一公吨中间散装集装袋（FIBC，包括带硬纸面板的 SBRC）中的钛白粉等级，其堆叠高度不要超过两个托盘高度。
• 对于采用 50 磅或 25 公斤包装袋的钛白粉等级（R-931 除外），其堆叠高度不要超过三个托盘高度。
• 对于采用 50 磅或 25 公斤包装袋的 Ti-Pure® 牌号 R-931，由于它密度低，其堆叠高度不要超过两个托盘高度。

 

Ti-Pure ® R-902+
Ti-Pure ® R-902+ is a multipurpose pigment, can exhibit excellent properties of light in the interior and exterior and half light system, recommended for use in such applications. Compared with other brands, weather resistant Ti-Pure ® R-902+ is not ideal, but it can be well balanced performance.
Ti-Pure ® R-902+ is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment, produced by chlorination process, the finished product is fine dry powder. Special formulation to have good in different kinds of solvent system and water system performance, and has the following advantages:
High powdering resistance
High gloss retention
High color retention
Very good on the curing process of burning yellow has ability to resist

Recommendations for treatment of titanium dioxide powder pigment
The packing density of the drying of titanium dioxide level will directly affect the stability of package stacking. DuPont suggest safely stacked titanium dioxide pigment tray follow the following principles, as far as possible to reduce the risk of stacked drop:
For packaging in semi metric tons or tonnes of intermediate bulk container (FIBC, including cardboard panel SBRC) of titanium dioxide grade, the stacking height of not more than two pallet height.
For the 50 pounds or 25 kilograms of packaging bags of titanium dioxide grade (except R-931), the stacking height of not more than three pallet height.
For the 50 pounds or 25 kilograms of packaging bags of Ti-Pure ® brand R-931, because of its low density, the stacking height of not more than two pallet height.
