关于尼日利亚最新清关要求
致尊敬的客户：
   接香港DHL的通知，自2012年7月12日起，尼日利亚海关对进口包裹实行新的清关要求，请发货人遵从如下：

1. 当地海关不予接受在清关环节更换或修改货物的商业发票和发票上的申报价值，请在交寄货件前必须如实准确地申报货件所有内容；

2. 所有要求退回发货地的货物现在不再是自动安排，特别是已经完成关税评估的货件，在货件安排退件前，必须由收件人或发货人支付关税后才能安排。也就是说如果货件已经完成关税评估，那即使最终要退件，均必须支付关税；

3. 所有进口尼日尼亚包裹随货必须提供详细的商业发票，发票内容必须具备：每项商品的HS编码、数量、单价、总价，申报价值的币种必须是美元或欧元；

4. 当地海关关税是以CIF价值征算（货件价值，运费/保险费）；

5. 所有返修及退回当地的产品，货件出口拉各斯（LOS）前必须准备返修或退回证明文件，商业发票上的申报价值必须是返修的成本价值

6. 为避免产生清关延误，所有在国家食品和药物管理局管制下的货物，在进口尼日利亚之前，须预先申请相关进口许可证或豁免证书   请各客户知悉并相互转告发货人，以确保随货清关资料准确和有效。我司交寄服务商前将不予审核资料，如因清关资料不符合要求而产生清关延误或退件等责任和费用均由发货人承担.

About Nigerian latest clearance requirements
To our customers:
   Hong Kong DHL notice , since July 12, 2012 , the Nigerian Customs import clearance package to implement the new requirements, the consignor to comply as follows:

1 local customs is not acceptable to replace or modify the commercial invoice and the declared value of the goods on the invoice clearance link, please be posted before the shipment must truthfully and accurately reporting all the contents of the shipment ;

2 shipped to request a refund of all goods are no longer automatically arrangements, especially the shipment has been completed tariffs assessment arrangements before shipment back pieces , must be paid by the recipient or shipper to arrange for the tariffs. This means that if the shipment has been completed customs valuation , that even if the final piece to retire , must pay customs duties ;

3 All Nigeria wrapped with imported goods must provide detailed business invoices, invoice must have :. HS Code for each commodity , quantity, unit price, total price, the value of the currency must be declared in U.S. dollars or euros ;

4 local customs tariff levy is calculated CIF value ( the value of the shipment , freight / insurance ) ;

5 All the repair and return of local products , the export shipment in Lagos must be prepared prior to the repair or return of documents (LOS), the declared value on the commercial invoice must be worth the cost of repair

6 In order to avoid delays in clearance of all goods in the country under the control of the Food and Drug Administration in Nigeria before importing , must apply for an import license or certificate of exemption related to please each customer is aware and spread the consignor to ensure that with the cargo clearance information is accurate and effective . Our company will not be posted prior to the audit service provider information , as a result of the clearance data does not meet the requirements arising from customs clearance delays or back pieces responsibilities and costs borne by the consignor .

五大国际快递渠道尺寸及重量要求

DHL：3*2*1.6m，最长边超过1.2m或者单件超过70kg需加收RMB200/票的附加费。单不超过1T；

UPS：最长边不超过2.7m，1长+2宽+2高小于3.3m，单件不超过70kg。（货物包装要求的附加费另行计费）；

1、每件包裹的重量上限为68KG；

2、每件包裹的长度上限为200CM；

3、每件包裹最大尺寸：长+2宽+2高=330CM；

4、每票货物总重量、包裹件数并无限制。

5、如有下列情况，则需每件加收手续费40元：

A、任何以金属或木质非UPS包裹材料运输的物品；

B、任何无法完全装入一般纸箱的圆柱形物品，例如：木桶、鼓、圆筒或者轮胎；

C、任何最长边的长度超过152CM或第二长边超过76CM的包裹；

D、每件计费重大于32KG的包裹。

E、更改派送地址地址包括目的地要求更改的，每件75元!

FED：最长边不超过1.74m，1长+2宽+2高小于3.3m。单件不超过68kg；

TNT：贸易往来频繁国家2.4*1.6*1.8m，其他稍偏国家提供邮编单询。单件超70kg

的货物需打卡板，否则拒收；

EMS：最长边不超过1.5m，1长+2宽+2高小于3m。单件/单票不超过30kg。
