聚拓公司生产的A系列地毯发泡胶助剂，是配制地毯发泡胶的功能性助剂。地毯发泡胶的成分中，85%以上是天然胶乳、填料，而这两种材料在客户所在地都可以购买到，而且品质稳定。为了节省长途运输成本，以及对国外客户而言的进口关税，我们将地毯发泡胶的关键成分配制成助剂提供给客户，客户只需在当地购买天然胶乳及填料，按我们提供的配方及生产工艺，即可配制出质量稳定的地毯发泡胶。

聚拓公司的地毯发泡胶助剂，主要有4种组分：

A-1 ：增稠剂

A-2 ：发泡剂、泡沫稳定、胶乳稳定剂。

A-3 ：硫化体系

A-4 ：胶凝剂

地毯发泡胶配制配方：

注：A-4（胶凝剂）在发泡生产时注射到发泡机中，不能在配制胶水时加入。

制备工艺：

1．  按配方比例准确称量好A-1，A-2，A-3，天然胶乳，碳酸钙，软水。

2．  在150RPM的搅拌速度下，混合天然胶乳，A-2，软水，搅拌5分钟。

3．  慢慢加入碳酸钙，并提高搅拌速度至200RPM，搅拌15分钟以上直到碳酸钙分散完全。

4．  加入A-1，继续搅拌10分钟

5．  降低搅拌速度至150RPM , 加入A-3，充分搅拌均匀10分钟。

注意事项：

1．碳酸钙务必缓慢加入，并且要分散均匀，以免滑石粉结团影响生产。

2．加入A-3后必须搅拌均匀，否则有可能出现硫化不足或过硫化。

3．加入A-3后的发泡胶请在2天内使用，如果不能肯定准确的使用时间，请在使用前再加入A-3。

Additives for sponge carpet backing latex compound(A series)

The A series products are the functional additives to make sponge carpet backing latex compound.  

85% of the latex compound are natural latex and filling，which can be purchased by customers in local areas. In order to cut down delivery expenses and import customs duty levied on foreign

 customers, we supply the functional additives of latex compound  to the customers, then they can produce latex compound 

in accordance with our formular and process.   

Banco’s A series include following components:

A-1 ：Thickening agent 

A-2 ：Foaming agent , foam stabilizer , latex stabilizer .

A-3 ：Vulcanization system 

A-4 ：Gelling agent 

Recommended Formulation:

*   A-4 ( Gelling agent) :  should be injected to the foaming machine while foaming .   

Preparation of the latex compound (Stir all the materials well before use)

1st  step: Weighting out  A-1, A-2, A-3, and NRL,CaCO3 ,soft water according to the formular.

2nd  step: Mixing NRL (natural rubber latex)、 A-2 、soft water together at stirring speed of 150rpm by 3mins.

3rd  step: Slowly add CaCO3 at the stirring speed of 200rpm, and keep stirring by 10-15mins after adding CACO3 , 

until all the CACO3 is dispered well .   

4th  step: Add A-1 at 200 rpm stirring speed , and stirring by 5mins.

5th  step: Add A-3 at 200 rpm stirring speed , and stirring by 10mins   *

* Please use up all latex compound within 2days after adding  A-3. if you are not sure you can use up the compound within 

2days, then add it before use .
