GH90工艺性能与要求： | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
1、该合金在锻造时易产生内裂，允许重锤打击，不允许低温倒棱。钢锭装炉温度不高于700℃，最终加热温度1150℃±10℃，开锻温度不低于1060℃，终锻温度不低于950℃。 2、该合金的晶粒度平均尺寸与锻件的变形程度、终锻温度密切相关。 3、合金在固溶状态可进行惰性气体保护钨极电弧焊及闪光对焊。 |
