CAT B15采用铝+橡胶材质的机身，外壳可承受5.9英尺的高度下降到坚硬的混凝土还保证无损。它是一款可以保持在3.3英尺深的水中工作半个多小时，并且对高低温度有很强抵御能力的智能手机，华氏-4至122的温度是不会对它造成什么影响的。只不过大家不要期待这款手机有什么顶级的配置。
CAT B15的配置确实不高，这款机型搭载的是Android“果冻豆”系统，正面配置着一块WVGA级别分辨率的4英寸屏幕。一块1GHz的双核Cortex-A9的芯片可以发挥不错的效果，RAM则是512MB，机身后面还配置了一颗500万像素的摄像头。
