21 出口拉引机Export Tractor

本产品用于隧道窑出口端向窑外拉引窑车,主要是电机与减速器为一体化的结构，链轮轴用两个轴承座固设在机架上，驱动部分的链轮与拉引部分的链轮用链条套接，滑车运行在机架的直线导轨上，又在滑车的前、后端分别连接一根链条的两端，且该链条绕接拉引部分的主动链轮和从动链轮,从而保证了结构紧凑，运行平稳及拉引力大的特点和优势。

The product is used for pulling out the kiln car at the exit of tunnel kiln, which is made with an integrative structure for dynamo and reducer. The chainwheel’s axles are fixed on the rack by two bearing blocks, and there is a chain to join the chainwheels on both driving part and pulling part..

Tackle works directly on the linear guiding rail above the rack, also it separately connects with one chain’s ending on both front and back parts. Besides, chains wrapped connects with driving sprocket and the driven sprocket, which make the machine to get the good feature of compact struction , stable operation and big pulling power.
