AEM5700-PK生化膏为白色膏状液体，由多种天然光亮剂、水解丝肽营养保护剂、水性成膜剂，采用纳米抗菌材料和有机安全高效抗菌剂复配而成。属于非释放型的处理剂，不渗失、不游移，也不会被微生物所消耗，以特殊的机械式杀菌（表面进行涂抹），将赋予处理后之基质优越之耐久性，并且对微生物抗菌具有独特的防护功能，以防止微生物所引起的危害，延长皮面的使用寿命，并能强力去污、不伤皮面、防静电、快干、不留痕迹，且能使处理后饱满手感及增加产品价值感。作为耐久性抗微生物处理剂，它具有广泛的抗菌活性。对诸如霉菌、藻类和酵母菌都有耐久性抗菌效果。

可广泛的使用于各种生产方式中，如批次式及连续式都能尽可能不改变制程及生产设备的条件下进行加工。具有常温下进行化学键结的性质，常温反应即可有效（涂抹方式），高温仍不被破坏。适用于长纤、短纤纤维和织物、天然皮革及人造皮革表面处理。可使用BPB（溴酚蓝液）于各种生产制程中或终端成品，进行快速效果确认。

为了验证AEM5700-PK-1生化膏的安全性，曾进行了18项试验，对天竺鼠急性经口毒性LD50为12，27g/Kg，此值表示每公斤体重天竺鼠的半致死量为12.27克，为了比较起见，现举例加以说明。例如消毒上常用的烷基二甲基苯基氯化铵，其天竺鼠的LD50=0.48g/Kg，用作保存食品的添加剂山梨酸的天竺鼠的LD50是10.5g/Kg。我们每天食用的食盐的LD50是3.0g/Kg。显而易见AEM 5700 PK生化膏是极为安全的，对人体的毒性极低。能达到FDA和欧洲的安全标准。结果是它的安全性获得了以严格著称的美国环境保护署（EPA）的许可，核准生产制造编号EPA Est.34292-MI-01，在美国环境保护局登记号64881-1。

急性皮肤吸收

AEM5700-PK生化膏防霉抗菌剂的急性皮肤吸收毒性极低，经天竺鼠试验，为LD50>7，950毫克/公斤体重，因此，在一般的工业操作条件下，只要小心并做好清洁，本品并不会导致皮肤吸收中毒，但建议还是在戴手套的情况下使用。
