旧机械设备进口清关流程式如下:   
客户提供要进口设备资料与图片---在国内办理旧设备进口商检备案与检验检疫申请→国外供应商出口海运订仓→ 海运到香港→换单，提货→联系香港中检公司做检验→中检合格后→办旧机电进口许可证→从香港安排驳船到港口码头→港口所在地商检局换正本备案与检验检疫合格证书→报检→出商检通关单→ 准备进口报关资料→海关进口审核→出税单交税→海关查验→提货放行→安排国内海运订仓→拖车到海运码头→指定交货内贸码头→拖车到厂家

二手机械进口报关时间：
　　1）商检备案10-20个工作日 (可申请加急处理，5--7工作日） 
　　2）香港中检 3个工作日 
　　3）O证办理 5-7个工作日(地方批) 7-15个工作日(国家批) 
　　4）现场报检3个工作日
