货物从运输到报检的流程：
客户提供要进口设备资料与图片→我公司核算各种进口费用→报价→签定进口处理协议→我公司在国内处理旧切削中心进口商检备案与检验检疫申请→联系国外的CCIC中检公司做中检→中检合格后→德国出口海运订仓→ 海运到香港→换单，提货→申请机电证→当地商检局换正本备案与检验检疫合格证明明→我司报检→出商检通关单→商检局现场检验核对→ 我司准备进口报关资料→海关进口审核→出税单交税→海关查验→提货放行→我司安排国内海运订仓→拖车到海运码头→客户指定港口→拖车到客户厂家。

国外中检: 1~2天,出证时间约为5-7天
