一、操作流程

1. 贵司提供旧机电产品清单明细资料、彩色照片收发货人信息及其他相关文件(**如造纸机需收货人环保批文/印刷机需印刷许可证等**)；

2. 在收货人归属地商检局申请《进口旧机电产品装运前预备案书》；

3. 备案书批准后，我司协助发货人在发货地安排CCIC做进口旧机电产品装运前预检验检疫，中检合格后，中检公司出具《进口旧机电产品装运前检验证书》；

4. 根据具体的设备，无需办理或办理相应的进口许可证，时间由7天至1个月不等；

5. 海运到上海，安排进口检验检疫，出通关单，同时安排相关单证报关清关。

6. 流程概括： 准备进口资料收货人归属地商检局申请旧机电进口备案发货地安排CCIC做中检办理进口许可证海运到上海码头à安排商检查货出检验检疫通关单报关、审价、出税单、缴税海关现场查验核对提货放行派送。

二、操作时间

1. 申请《进口旧机电产品装运前预备案书》，约7个工作日；

2. 发货地安排中检，约7个工作日，时间主要在预约时间，检验时间一天；

3. 海运至上海码头，美国约20天，欧洲约30天，日、韩、香港、台湾4天......；

4. 办理进口许可证，最慢30天；

5. 报检报关，在审价顺利的情况下，约7个工作日；

6. 安排送货到工厂，1日；
