旧机械进口操作流程:
1. 进口港所在地商检局申请进口旧机械商检备案.
2. 同时办理旧机械进口许可证，申请“O”证.
3. 香港中检公司做检验——中检检验出合格证，办理《进口旧机械产品装运前检验证书》.
4. 到国内进口口岸商检局换正本备案书与《检验检疫合格证书》.
5. 办理进口提前商检备案，《进口旧机械产品装运前预检验备案书》与检验检疫申请.
6. 准备进口数据—从香港安排货运到码头—在进口港，进行商检查货—海关进口审核—出 shui 单、缴 shui —海关现场查验核对—提货放行—陆运配送厂家。
一、 旧机械进口操作时间：
1.提前备案，同时办理O证，所需时间15—21天。
2. 安排中检，2-4天。
3. 驳船，1—3天。
4. 申报，在单证和审价没有问题的情况下，约3—7天。
5. 港口清关后内陆陆运配送至厂家，1-2天。
---以上操作时间共约25-30个工作日。

四、提示:
1. 贵司提供进口机械/旧机械之说明书、、装箱单以及海关认为需要的相关数据。
2. 确认每台机械/旧机械上每台的铭牌上产地、型号、年份、规格等都清晰；
3．装货前清理干净机械/旧机械；
4. 有木质包装需要提供木质消毒熏蒸证书,如无木质包装需提供无木质包装证明.
