机械进口流程：
首先准好资料-----2、货物到达港口---3、约香港中检人员做初期检验---4、出检测初报告给到国内商检局----5、开始办理商检备案-----6、约中检人员正式做中检,主要检测（环保，电线，卫生等），合格后出检报告单------7、根据编码查询是否要办理旧加工中心自动进口许可证（O证）；主要根据来订，如不需要，哪直接订仓驳船到国内二线码头---8、报检------9、商检查货----10、商检通过后，出商检通关单---11、报关------12、进口货物价值审价-----13、审价没问题出税单-----14、缴SHUI，放行----15、海关查货---------16、正式放行---17、配送至厂家
进口时间安排：
1.旧机电备案: 5~15(工作天)
2.香港中检: 1~2天,时间约为5-7天
3.进口许可:5~10个工作天
4.驳船:1~3天
5.报检:2~3天
6.报关:3~5天
二手机械/加工中心进口报关需要提供资料：
1、申请人、收货人、发货人营业执照复印件。
2、拟进口旧机电产品清单（名称、编码、数量、规格型号、产地、制造日期、制造商、新旧状态、价格、用途等）盖公章一式两份。
3、加工中心彩色照片。
4、进口旧机电产品备案申请书（电子版）
