二手机械进口报关流程： 

提供资料------旧机电进口备案证书（10～15天）-------香港中检查验（1～2天）-------香港中检出证（3～4天）------码头（3-6天）-----海关审价------出税单------缴税-----放行（3-4天）------货发送到客户指定地点 

进口具体流程如下：

1咨询确认二手机械进口手续、监管条件、关税、等信息。

2国外发运货物后，将所需要的全套手续转交给我司。

3如需要办理监管手续，我司会在二手机械发运前确认，并办理相关文件。

4手续包括：进口IVOICE、装箱单、运单、外贸合同、产地zheng，商检备案，进口许可zheng（机电zheng），装船检等。

5二手机械到港后，我司安排进口换单、报关、进口报检等相关手续。

二手机械进口报关放行后，我司可安排送到您指定地点。

二手机械/加工中心进口报关需要提供资料：

1、申请人、收货人、发货人营业执照复印件。

2、拟进口旧机电产品清单（名称、编码、数量、规格型号、产地、制造日期、制造商、新旧状态、价格、用途等）盖公章一式两份。

3、加工中心彩色照片。

4、进口旧机电产品备案申请书（电子版）
