二手机械设备进口流程

　　（1）做进口旧机电产品备案:这个在进口旧机电设备的时候是步，也是很重要的环节，如果这个办不下来，其它一切都无从谈起！（这一步客户可以先提供需要进口的二手数码印刷机的详细资料给我司，在装运前可以提前做备案）

　　（2）做好旧机电产品进口备案后，由贵司国外供应商安排海运到香港码头，我公司从香港接到机器后，向中国中检公司申请，做香港中检，由中检公司出具《进口旧机电产品装运前检验证书》.

　　（3）中检通过后办理《新（旧）机电产品进口许可证》即我们通常所说的O证；

　　（4）接着我司安排驳船到内陆港口，然后到商检局报检，查货（旧机电产品百分百要查货），然后出具商检通关单，凭商检通关单才能向海关申报；

　　（5）最后,就是海关审价,出税单,缴税,放行.

（6）我公司派车送货到厂家。

二手机械设备进口门到门运作流程

　　路线：国外发货——香港（中检）--上海/深圳盐田/东莞沙田/广州黄埔等口岸（清关放行）——送货厂家。

　　流程：货物到港——换单—口岸检疫—正式申报—出税单—缴税—放行—查柜—送货厂家

　　二手机械设备进口需要提供的资料

　　（1）请提供装箱单、原产地证、说明书、贸易合同、提单、委托书及相关报关报检资料。

　　（2）详细资料：请提供商品编码，产品名称/型号/数量/重量/规格/货值/产地/用途/新旧情况/包装方式及图片信息。

　　注意：

　　1、 审价问题：采购价格申报若低于市场价格，海关审价往往通不过，我公司物流师凭借多年的申报经验，能够避免这种情况的出现，为客户挽回不必要的损失。

　　2、 单证问题：若产品成分比较复杂，部分涉及有害物质；或涉及国内资源污染、文化传播、贸易政策的，海关对单证要求极其严格，容易出现单证缺失、单证不全、单证不一。
