二手旧机械设备进口所需提供的相关资料：

1、收/发货人营业执照

2、准确的中文品名、装箱单(Packing list)、发票(Invoice)、贸易合

3、机械设备的牌子、型号、功率、产地、货值、年份、新旧程度、用途、功能原理说明、外观图片、铭牌图片、收发货人盖章的空白A4纸

进口报关流程：

提供资料----旧机电进口备案证书（10～15天）-----香港中检查验（1～2天）-----香港中检出证（3～4天）-----码头（3-6天）-----海关审价------出税单------缴税-----放行（3-4天）------货发送到客户指定地点。

每一种机械设备的进口税率都不同，但机械设备进口的的海关关税大多在10％左右，增值税在17％ ，这样机械设备的综合税率大约在28.7％左右，也就是说进口一台100万的机械设备大概要向国家缴纳28.7万的税费。

二手机械设备进口报关费用：      

香港部分：换单费，码头杂费，提货费，仓租，中检费及其代理费，中转费，
