KDY-30G hydraulic trunnel drill rig 钻机适用范围：
KDY-30H型全液压坑道钻机主要针对水电站大型廊道固结灌浆施工成孔钻掘研发的多功能钻机。也可广泛的使用于公路、铁路隧道建设的支护、防渗、爆破；危岩、边坡地质灾害治理等领域的孔类钻掘。它主要适用于硬岩层中金刚石和复合片钻进，也可以使用潜孔锤钻进。 钻机的主要特点：
1、钻机采用了合理的技术参数，保证了较高的钻进效率。
2、钻机采用全液压传动，动力头的回转运动、给进提升运动均为定量泵及定量马达组合的独立的开式液压传动系统。该系统结构简单、先进，使用及维修、保养方便。
3、钻机主要液压元件选用国内或世界著名液压元件公司的产品，油液过滤采用两级过滤方式，保证了液压系统的可靠。
4、钻机重量轻，搬迁、组装、维修容易，特别方便于坑道内、管架上施工。
APPLICATIONS:
KDY-30G hydraulic drill rig is a multi-function drill rig developed facing drilling grouting hole for hydro-power station. It also can be used for drilling the hole of support, penetration-proof, blasting; and treating dangerous rock and hillside. It is mainly suitable for drilling hard rock with diamond bit and PDC bit, and DTH drilling as well.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Reasonable specification, assure more efficiently drilling;
- Fully hydraulic drive, top-drive head rotation, feed and hoist are all done by ration pump and ration motor which composite independent open hydraulic system, it is simple, advance, easy to use and maintain;
- The main hydraulic components are from world famous hydraulic manufacturers, two-step filtering, to assure the reliability of the hydraulic system;
- Light weight, easy to move, re-assembly and maintain. Especially suitable for drilling in tunnel and on the frame.
