Mix proportion

Light: White printing paste 60% + Clear printing paste 10% + Puff paste 30%+ pigment ?%

Deep: white printing paste 10% + Clear printing paste 60% + Puff paste 30% + pigment ?%

Printing process

1. Printing with clear printing paste for 1-2 times (4-6 scrapes per time)

2. Mixing white printing paste, clear printing paste, puff paste, pigment and stirring them evenly

3. Printing again for 2-3 times.

4. Baking for 1~3 minutes under 150~180℃ to dry it fast.

5. Finish.

Attentions

1. More puff paste with lower washing ability.

2. Basement process is necessary to make good washing ability.

调配比例

印浅色：白胶浆60% + 透明浆10% + 发泡浆30% + 色种？%

印深色：白胶浆10% + 透明浆60% + 发泡油墨30% + 色种？%

工艺流程

1. 丝网选用100-120目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印, 以透明浆+固化剂打底1-2次，印第一次时用力刮4-6刀

2. 将发泡浆，白胶浆，透明浆，色种等拌匀印2-3次

3. 160度焙烘过热15-30秒，不能压烫

注意事项

1. 发泡浆比例不应太多，否则发泡越高越影响牢度。

2. 印发泡前应先打底，否则没有牢度。
