欧盟委员会增加9种物质到REACH授权物质列表，具体为：
甲醛与丙二醛低聚反应物formaldehyde, oligomeric reaction products with     aniline(technical MDA)；
砷酸arsenic acid；
二甘醇二甲醚bis(2-methoxyethyl) ether；
1,2-氯乙烷1,2-dichloroethane；
2,2’-dichloro-4,4’-methylenedianiline，和
potassium hydroxyoctaoxodi¬zincate dichromate, pentazinc chromate,     octahydroxide dichromium tris(chromate) 和strontium     chromate.
