FW系列多功能过滤、洗涤、干燥（三合一）机是一种集过滤、洗涤、干燥、搅拌、反应、自动出渣于一体的多功能固液分离设备。它广泛应用于精细化工、制药、石油、食品、印染、医药等行业。由于其独特的结构，使该设备具有无与伦比的特点：

（1）完全密闭过滤、无泄漏、无任何环境污染。
（2）在加压或真空状态下操作，实现固液分离。过滤时滤饼分布均匀，固液分离效果好。
（3）液压控制搅拌系统的升降，过滤中最大限度地增大容渣空间，搅拌桨叶的搅拌，使清洗时滤饼和清洗液充分混合，洗涤滤饼干净彻底，干燥效率大大提高。
（4）排渣阀系统自动出料，大大降低劳动强度。
（5）特别适用于含固量大，液相和固相分别回收使用的过滤场合。
（6）过滤采用水平铺设滤材，一次过滤干净彻底，无残液。滤材密封结构独特，更换滤材方便、快捷。
（7）根据不同的物料特性，设备材质可为碳钢、不锈钢和内衬防腐材料，能适应多种腐蚀性介质。
（8）机体内可实现搅拌、混合、打浆、反应、洗涤等多种工序作业，整个过滤过程可实现全自动化操作。

FW series multi-functions filtering, washing, drying (three in one) machine is a solid-liquid equipment with the function of filtration, washing, drying reaction and residue discharging automatically. It is widely used in fine chemical, petroleum, foodstuff, printing, pharmaceutical industries and so on. Its special construction has the traits as follows:

1、 Fully enclosed filter, no leakage, no pollution.

2、 Solid-liquid separation can be realized under pressure or vacuum state. Filter cake is evenly distributed when filtering which has good effect.

3、 It can enlarge furthest for the cake space in filtering when hydraulic control mixing system up and down, agitating of blade made filter cake and washing liquid mixing completely when they are washing, and clean the cake completely, the time of drying is reduced greatly with high efficiency.

4、 Discharge valve can discharge automatically which can lower labor intensity.

5、 Especially suitable for the material that large solid content, and recovering liquid phase and solid phase respectively.

6、 Adopting horizontal placing filter material, one time completely filtering no remains. Filter material has unique sealing structure which is easy to be changed.

7、 According different material character, it could use CS, SS or inner pad antisepsis material, it could be suitable for many kinds of corrosion media.

8、 Stirring, mixing, beating, reacting, washing and multiform process working can be practiced in the body and it can carry out full automatic control.

=适用范围= 

农药、医药、化工、染料等固体物料回收、溶剂回收、需要洗涤、易燃易爆、高毒场合等。如：双甘膦、草甘膦、维生素、青霉素、甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、乙醚等需要洗涤和回收的场合。
