保税区办事处在进口汽车检验监管中实施了无纸化报检、工作流程再造、24小时在线服务等措施。目前，保税区进口汽车检验监管工作实现了“三个一”，即100辆车的拟证时间不超过一分钟，流程再造后最快一个工作日即可拿到证单，设立专职岗位，VIN核销做到每天一核，促进了检区进口汽车贸易便利化水平进一步提升。

办理个人自带轿车进口需要什么手绪,办理的流程是什么?需要到哪些部门办理?
答：自2010年7月1日起，除按照有关政府间协定可以免税进境机动车辆的常驻机构和常驻人员、国家专门引进的高层次人才和专家以外，其他常驻机构和常驻人员不得进境旧机动车辆，对其旧机动车辆进境申请，海关不予受理。对常驻机构和常驻人员申请进境的新机动车辆，海关按照现行有关规定办理审批、征税、验放等手续。
常驻人员符合有关规定的可以征税进口一辆自用汽车，汽车进境后由申请人或其委托的报关企业向主管海关交验下列单证：
（1）身份证件（指《外国（地区）企业常驻代表机构工作证》、《中华人民共和国外国专家证》、《中华人民共和国外国人就业证》、《台港澳人员就业证》等证件，以及进出境使用的护照、《港澳居民来往内地通行证》、《台湾居民往来大陆通行证》等）；
（2）长期居留证件（中华人民共和国主管部门签发的《中华人民共和国外国人长期居留证》、《华侨、港澳地区人员暂住证》等准予在境内长期居留[一年以上]的证件）；
（3）《中华人民共和国海关进出境自用物品申请表》；
（4）提（运）单、发票和装箱单等相关单证。 专家以外的人员除交验上述单证外，还应交验所在外商投资企业的《自理报关单位注册登记证明书》或所在常驻机构的《海关常驻机构备案证》。 “常驻人员”是指经公安部门批准进境并在境内连续居留一年以上（含一年），期满后仍回到境外定居地的外国公民、港澳台地区人员、华侨，并且其属于上述常驻机构内的工作人员，或在海关注册登记的外商投资企业内的人员，或入境长期工作的专家。 申请人经境内居留所在地主管海关审核批准后，需持海关制发的关封往车辆进口口岸办理通关缴税手续。 关于税率（含关税、增值税、消费税）的问题请咨询汽车进口口岸海关：天津、大连、满洲里、上海、黄埔、深圳皇岗等六个口岸

我公司为外商独资企业,公司的韩国职员于去年12月在韩国买了一辆新的轿车,由于现在到国内工作,想将轿车进到国内使用,请问我公司是否可以办理进口,需要哪些文件;
