外商进口汽车流程：
1.本次进口车辆的客户必须有护照并办理好就业证,居留证且有效期需在一年以上
2.车主工作公司需提供公章,营业执照复印件及海关自理报关企业登记证（十位数编码）
3.国外办理出运手续（必须出主提单）以货主的名义找船公司定仓
4.客户需提供详细的进口车辆资料（包括车辆的品牌/型号，VIN，发动机号码，生产日期，行驶公里数，购车发票或评估证明，国外出口报关单）
5.进口车辆达到上海港后,办理换单手续
6.资料齐全后，车主本人必须带好相关资料由我司人员陪同到海关办理进口许可的申请手续
7.5个工作日后，等待海关批准进口后，由我司代为到海关领取海关进口许可（关封）
8.我司开始办理报关，报检，海关查验等相关手续
9.海关根据实际情况进行对进口车辆审定价格，客户配合支付海关关税
10.我司办理进口车辆放行，提车计划安排
11.客户到港区提取进口车辆
12.客户需到本进口车辆的特约维修站或专业修理厂办理本进口车辆的发动机号码及VIN的拓印，并核对申报时的信息是否正确
13.带好进口车辆的拓印并开车到上海商检局办理验车工作，并安排旧车验车手续。
14.开车到上海海关业务二处办理进口车辆申领进口证明书（领照单）
15.商检局领取进口车辆商检单
