1、该生产线主要以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、线型聚乙烯(LLDPE)，EVA等为原料生产食品及高档纺织品的包装膜及压花膜。

2、该生产线主要由高效强制进料挤出机、液压换网装置、共挤分配器、T型可调幅模头、定边装置、骤冷恒温冷却系统、测厚装置、薄膜摆动系统、电晕处理系统、收卷恒涨力自动控制系统、边料回收系统及挤出机恒温，匣压自动控制系统组成。

3、该生产线可采用三台挤出机共挤通过先进的三／五个流道的分配器生产出A、B、C三层或A、C、B、C、A五层的复合膜，也可生产单层或双层复合膜。

4、该生产线具有产量高、能耗低的特点和先进的涨力控制系统。薄膜涨力可控制在10N.m以下。

3 This unit can adopt three extrude rs to coextrude to produce three—layer(A／B／C) or five—layer(A/C/B/C/A)composite film This unit also can produce monolayer or double—layer plastic packaging film according to customers’requirements.

4 This production line has the advantage of high output，low energy consumption and advanced tension control system The film tension can be below 10N m.
