温馨提示您进口天然橡胶的流程：
进口企业所需提供资料：、
1、提交国外橡胶生产厂商对其产品中有害物质含量符合中华人民共和国相关法律法规和技术规范要求的“橡胶声明书”
2、提交所进口橡胶产品的基本“成分”、牌号、型号、产地、外观、标记及产品使用说明书等相关资料，如为外文资料，进口申请人应将资料翻译成中文，同时加盖公章。
3、橡胶使用时要配稀释剂、固化剂的，须在产品使用说明书中注明稀释剂、固化剂的品名及配比，同时提供稀释剂、固化剂样品。
4、提供所要的橡胶样品至少1公斤，原装上要原包装。20公斤以上的原包装橡胶，由申请人提出，并能提供实物外包装照片的，可取1公斤以上的样品另装，包装上要加贴标签。
5、不同型号的橡胶、要分别备案。
6、委托其他公司或个人办理备案手续时，应提交申请人相应的书面委托办理文件，复印件或者传真件无效。
7、上海出入境检验检疫局工业品与原材料检测技术中心检测/鉴定申请单
