Based on phase change material (PCM), phase change energy storage air handling unit (PCESAU) solves energy supply and demand mismatch in time and space, which makes better use of natural source.
PCMs used in this unit have phase transition temperatures between 15 and 25 oC. The materials are encapsulated in a triple-item, two-way heat exchanger. This heat exchanger is designed based on air handling and intelligent control technologies to realize the largest energy savings.
工作原理 Work Principle
相变储能机组工作时,无需配备制冷原件。在室内、外温湿度满足使用要求时,引入室外自然冷源,为环境降温;在引入室外自然冷源的同时,将部分富余的冷量储存在相变储能材料中;当室外温度升高,不满足使用要求时,该设备可根据基站温度需要,通过释放所储存的冷量为基站降温,相对智能通风设备,可进一步提高自然冷源的利用效率,减少基站空调运行时长,提高节电率。
There is no need for any cooling equipment when the PCESAU is working. When outdoor air temperature and humidity satisfy the running requirement, it is drawn into the conditioned space to cool down the indoor air. In addition, the outdoor cold air is used to charge PCMs. When outdoor air temperature is too high to use, the cold energy that has been stored in PCMs is released. Comparing with fresh air unit, this unit is able to make better use of natural source, shorten running time of existing air conditioner, and improve energy savings.
