本系列是采用国外先进技术并进口关键零部件的全液压双钢轮振动压路机,主要适合于路面工程的各类稳定土、沥青混凝土,干硬性混凝土等材料的压实,也可用于路基工程作业,是建设高等级公路、铁路、机场、港口、堤坝、市政工程及工业场地的理想压实设备。
APPLICATIONSHydraulic double drum vibratory rollers are manufactured ording to international advanced technology and by use of imported main components abroad, suitable for compaction of various stabilized soils, bituminous concrete and rolling cement concrete () on road surface construction, also for compaction of road base course, which are universal compaction equipments for high-class highway, airport, harbors, dams, municipal road and industrial ground.
技术特点 FEATURE OF MACHINE
1.发动机:动力配置为康明斯水冷增压柴油发动机,低油耗、低噪音、低排放,节能环保。动力强劲,性能可靠。设有发动机冷热风隔离系统。可选第二阶段或第三阶段排放标准柴油机。
Famous CUMMINS diesel engine turbocharged and water-cooled with reliable and powerful performance features energy-saving and environmental friend with low fuel consumption, low voice and emission. It is equipped with cooling-air path structure. CUMMINS diesel engine with the TierⅡ or Ⅲ emission standards is optional.
2.行走传动系统:静液压全轮行走由液压高压柱塞马达驱动,二档无级变速;双钢轮采用交叉配置实现驱动,质量分布更为合理,保证了整机在工作过程中达到更高压实质量。
Hydrostatic all-drum travel drive by the hydraulic motors at dual-gears infinitely variable speed. The two drums transmissions are intercrossed for more reasonable weight distribution, realizing higher compaction quality in operation.
3.振动系统:双频率和双振幅设置,保证了整机在压实不同性质、不同厚度的铺层时,均可达到最佳的压实效果;可实现单振、双振、静碾等多种选择振动模式,并可在液压元件长期使用磨损后进行频率的补偿调节。在振动轮变幅机构中采用了高质量的阻尼液,设置起振延时保护装置,可有效延长液压系统元件的使用寿命。
Dual frequency and amplitudes vibration system may obtain optimal compaction for different quality and course materials. The vibrating valve may reach three vibration modes, single drum vibrating, double drum vibrating and static compacting etc. Adjustable frequency may be compensated after worn of the hydraulic components. High quality damping liquid and vibrating delay protection device in the vibrating adjusting mechanism may extend service life of the hydraulic components.
4.转向系统液压助力转向,当无动力时可以采用人力转向,也可用于制动释放操作,方便整机拖车牵引。标配蟹行机构,可使前后车架左右错开,保证了更好的弯道压实和压边性能。
Hydraulic power steering system can be used for handed steering and brake releasing operations for machine trailing when the engine has been failed off. Standard-equipped travel crab mechanism let machine frames lain away, assuring bending-road and road-edge compaction.
5.制动:行车制动为静液压闭式系统自锁功能,与停车制动同时联动作用,制动迅速可靠。无动力停车制动系统,当发动机熄火时或液压系统故障时自动实现制动,也可用开关操作实现,安全可靠;
Service brake with self-lock function of the hydraulic closed circuit is applied simultaneously with the parking brake for reliability and prompt. Off-power parking brake system may carry on rapid brake automatically with engine shutdown or hydraulic circuit failure, or also by switch control for reliable safe.
6.洒水系统:通过选用进口双水泵、二套管路系统使产品可靠性得到全面提高,双玻璃钢水箱、尼龙接头、四级过滤及PVC洒水管全面解决锈堵现象。设有浮子监控元件来显示洒水箱最低水位。
Two sets of imported water pumps and sprinkler pipes raise reliability, dual reinforced polyethylene water tank, nylon unions ,four stages filtering and PVC water tubes fully solve pipe erosion and block condition. The lower water level of the sprinkler tank is shown with the floating level gauge
7.振动轮:采取大直径压轮结构,减少路面压实的推料和波纹,提高了压实平整度。振动轮轮边叉脚,离地间隙大,易于在路沿和珊栏地带等进行有效碾压。

8.操作:发动机中位起动功能,防止驾驶员可能发生的误操作。独立的转向方向机仪表台及操纵均随操纵台可180度旋转,所有按钮、开关、手柄等均采用人机工程学原理,设计在人手易触到的地方,整机行走、振动、转向和洒水各项操作均采用电液控制,操作轻松方便。
Engine neutral starting function may prevent wrong operation of the driver. Independent steering wheel, instrument console and all controls can be turned for 180 degree with driver’s platform, all press buttons, and switches and handles etc have ergonomically designed within essible field. All controls including travel, vibrating, steer and sprinkling are adopted electric-hydraulically for light and ease operations
9.外观造形:全新的流线形设计,其外观采用了现代风格的设计、造型美观。内弯型大侧板支架,机架受力均匀,整机重心低。
New streamlined appearance design possesses modernized style and beautiful shape contour. Inner bending side plate supports let machine frame effort smooth and low gravity center.
10.工作视野:钢轮宽出机架, 在操纵台上可直接看到左右两侧轮边,二个洒水箱布置在前车架内部,振动轮上部敞开,在驾驶室内即可观察振动轮表面及上部洒水情况。整机前后视野都达到1m×1m标准,特别适应压路机反复前进、后退作业,便于驾驶员观察的要求;
Compaction drums are wider over the frame, on driver’s platform can observe the drum edge of dual sides. Two sprinkler tanks are arranged within the front frame, upper surface of the drum exposed-fully can be seen in driver’scabin to know of sprinkling conditions. Front and rear visibility may reach 1×1 meter standard, specially suitable for frequent operation of forward and backward travel for convenient observation.
11:监控系统:完善的仪表监控系统保证了操作人员随时了解整机各系统的工作情况。各液压系统均设有检测端口,并配有便携式检测仪,保证了操作人员随时检测和排除液压系统的故障。
Online instrument and warming monitoring system informs the operator of machine systems status in time. Testing ports of the hydraulic systems let operator check and trouble-shoot the system with on-board portable testing unit.
12.维护保养:各容器排放口均直接引出机外,方便更换和清洗。设有气弹簧全新的刮泥板设计,清洁和保养更加方便。驱动盘的花盘式结构,方便橡胶减振器的单独拆卸与保养。标配液压油过滤机保证液压系统定期保养。
All oil drain ports are arranged to the outer of machine body for easy clean and exchange of the lubricating oil. Air-spring-driven scrapers blades clear mud on the surface of the drum. The driving plate design of the flower pattern facilitates separate dismount and maintenance of the rubber damper Standard equipped hydraulic filter device assures periodical maintenance of hydraulic oil.
13.驾驶室:新型驾驶室宽畅明亮,标配冷暖空调,乘座舒适。在驾驶室顶部开有天窗,方便通风换气,必要时可作为紧急出口使用。
New spacious and bright driver’s cabin is equipped with cold-warm air conditioner for comfort operation. There is a clearstory window on the ceiling of cabin for ventilation, also is used as emergent exit.
