GM-1400 ROTARY FOAM BRA INSERT SKIVING MACHINE

该机最大的优点：自动取棉功能。省人工，高效率。  

用途:

采用带形刀和木制的或者人造胶木模具来切削海绵或者填充棉以便取得带有轻薄边切碎片的材料，也可以用来切海棉罩杯以此用来生产上托型的文胸海棉罩杯。

特点:

1.模台采用旋转运动方式，实现割棉目的；转速根据操作工人的熟练程度可自己调节；

2.刀带转动平稳，调较方便，更换快捷；

3.刀带刃口具有自动修磨的功能，自始自终保持工作刀刃的锋利；

4.更换不同的模具，可生产不同款式的制品，切割海棉厚度4-40mm。

生产量:

◆   每分钟可达10转，而且该机可以安装2套刀模，每套刀模的最大尺寸可达310*630mm。

FUNCTION:

It is with band knife and wooden or Bakelite template to trim foan or fiberfill to get the material with thinner edge and can cut foam sheet to get foam cup cookies(pieces)for making push-up foam bra cups.

FEATURES:

◆   Its molding table adopted rotary working way to cut foam inserts. The rotary speed can be set and adjusted as per operator’s proficiency level.

◆   Band knife works stable, which can be adjusted easily and changed quickly.

◆   The band knife can be automatically polished, which guarantee the knife sharp during the working.

◆   It can be changed different mould templates to cut different foam inserts and pads. The depth of the cut foan insert pads:4-40mm.

CUTTING CAPACITY:

◆   Max.10 cutting cycle per minute and this machine is able to load 2 sets of templates each template with max size 310*630mm.
